At RAD Roller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
